Substance Use Disorders in Ambulatory Care

This program meets Tuesdays, 12:00-1:00 p.m., PST.

This 12 session ECHO series will help clinicians and their teams identify and treat substance use disorders in a primary care setting. Topics may include: 

  • Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and other Substance Use Disorders (Benzodiazepine, Alcohol, Tobacco)
  • Buprenorphine Basics and Induction Basics
  • Assessing and Treating Co-occurring Mental Illness and OUD
  • Naltrexone, Methadone, and other medications for the treatment of addictions

Accreditation: Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit: OHSU School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 12 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
