This 12-session ECHO series will cover topics such as:

  • Atypical Presentations of Diabetes 
  • Diabetes & Mental Health Co-Morbidities
  • Overcoming Barriers in a Rural Setting
  • Diabetes, Patient Engagement, and Motivation
  • Creative Ideas When Cost Is A Barrier 
  • Insulin therapy
  • Harm Reduction in Diabetes Care Management

We welcome professionals from different disciplines, including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, social workers, traditional health workers, and administrative staff, among others.

*Accreditation: Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
