This 12-session ECHO series will help build or improve care systems to effectively treat addiction in a hospital setting. Topics may include:
Hospital clinicians (prescribing MD, DO, NP, PAs), nurses, social workers, pharmacists, discharge planners, behavioral health specialists, administrators, and quality improvement specialists are encouraged to register.
Ideally, staff will participate as part of a hospital-based team that includes a clinician and one or more other staff member. Participants will be selected based on their interest and geographic distribution throughout Oregon. This course is part of the OHSU Addiction Medicine ECHO certificate program; participants who express interest in completing the certificate program will receive priority access.
Accreditation: Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Credit: OHSU School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum 12.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
