Substance Use Disorder in Prenatal and Perinatal Care

This 12-session ECHO series is designed to help clinicians and their teams identify and treat substance use disorders in prenatal and perinatal patients with a special focus on opioid use disorder and non-pharmaceutical fentanyl.

Topics may include:

  • Medications for Opioid Use Disorder in Pregnancy and Peripartum
  • Mental Health in Pregnancy
  • Working with parents and families
  • Introduction to Recovery Peers and Peer Doulas
  • Intimate Partner Violence and Partner Substance Use
  • Delivery and Hospital Stay

We encourage healthcare teams to commit to participating together in all 12 sessions. We will prioritize enrolling participants from Oregon. 

This program is free and offers no-cost continuing education credits.
