This 12 session ECHO series will build the capacity of primary care clinicians and their teams to diagnose and treat common outpatient geriatric patient care issues. Topics will include:
We will select primary care teams to participate based on their interest in the program, geographic distribution throughout Oregon, and ability to commit to attend the sessions. Prescribing clinicians are encouraged to invite up to two other staff members who are in a position to champion change in their organizations, such as nurses, behavioral health specialists, medical assistants, practice managers, and quality improvement specialists.
*Accreditation: Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Credit: OHSU School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 12.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
